Guided walkthrough
A more controlled way to find the right worker
job10 is not a job board. Workers and agencies publish CVs; employers search the CV pool and buy only the CV they actually need.
Pick your role and the process adapts to you.
The job10 ecosystem
CVs come from workers and agencies, pass review, appear masked in the pool, and open fully to the employer who buys them.
Sequence: a worker creates a single CV, an agency creates several CVs, CVs pass moderation, published CVs enter the CV pool, personal fields are masked, an employer filters and selects a CV, and once the purchase completes the CV leaves the pool and becomes fully visible to that employer.
- 1A worker creates their single CV.
- 2An agency creates several CVs for authorised candidates.
- 3CVs pass moderation and publishing.
- 4Published CVs enter the CV pool.
- 5Personal fields are masked server-side.
- 6The employer filters and selects a CV.
- 7Once purchased, the CV leaves the pool.
- 8Full access opens only for the buying employer.

Protected values are never sent to the browser before a purchase. This is a server-side data projection, not a CSS blur.

How quality control works

Approved
The CV goes live in the pool.
Eligible CVs from Platinum agencies can publish directly after readiness and safety checks, under the existing system rules; our moderation team can still review and withdraw them.

What happens after a CV is sold?
The waiting period depends on the role; the CV record is preserved.

No new CV is created. The same CV is relisted and previous sale records are preserved.
If nothing moderated has changed since the last approval, the CV returns straight to the pool; otherwise it is reviewed again.
Verification and badges
The badge hierarchy differs per role. A level you do not hold is never shown as your current badge.
